2015 Year in Review

Mountain Home Family Housing thanks our residents for another great year! 2015 has truly been an eventful year for Mountain Home Family Housing. While Resident Specialists were busy signing leases and welcoming new residents to our community, LifeWorks Coordinators planned innovative and engaging events, and Maintenance Technicians kept homes in tip-top shape. It’s been a great year, and we’d like to take the time to thank the community at Mountain Home Family Housing for their ongoing support and recap some of this year’s highlights.

REWARDS & AWARDS
This year, Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation provided 53 academic scholarships to children of active-duty military members residing at BBC-managed properties.

Mountain Home Family Housing received a Platinum A-List CEL awards, for the Gunfighter Circle neighborhoods, and six A-List awards for Coyote Terrace, Desert Skies, New Gunfighter Manor, Sagebrush View, Trinity Heights and Woodland Groves - recognizing excellence in customer feedback.

A WORLD OF NEW!
This year we had many community updates including:
- Our team welcomed 368 new residents to Mountain Home Family Housing!
- New and upgraded fences in Gunfighter Manor and Desert Skies
- Sixty new homes were completed
- New community center, athletic courts and multi-purpose field added to the community

We also welcomed two new employees to our maintenance team- maintenance technicans Calvin McLean and Roy Mitchell. Be sure to stop by the Community Management Office to say hello!

LIFEWORKS EVENTS
Our LifeWorks program strives to strengthen community relationships by providing events for residents of all ages to engage in a variety of social and learning activities. Programs are held throughout the year and are free for our residents. In 2015, Mountain Home Family Housing hosted 89 events with more than 2700 residents in attendance!

A few of the memorable events in 2015 include:
- 2nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt

NEW LEASING SPECIALS
An enhanced PCS rewards program has been rolled out across all military properties managed by Balfour Beatty Communities and we welcome all PCSing residents to take advantage of this opportunity. If you are a current resident and choose to live with another BBC-managed community, our staff will assist you with a streamlined transfer and you can receive a $100 reward!

In 2015, we also entered into a partnership with other military housing agencies to make PCS moves easier. No matter the installation, we can refer you to your new housing management office – whether a Balfour Beatty Communities, Winn, United or Corvias community. More information will be provided during the move-out process.
